The so called “biometrics” keeps failing and blocks my account, then I have to come in to a branch in person to get it unlocked EVERY TIME.

The app is very unpredictable and unreliable. Once you don’t use it often, it will start giving problems and error messages. Slow login and face id often doesn’t work resulted having to redownload the app and start all over again. BCA should change the developer because clearly developer tried to fix the problems numerous times but the same problems remain

Secara keseluruhan aplikasinya OK, namun terlalu banyak notifikasi yang kurang relevan dengan kebutuhan saya yang sering muncul. Padahal pengaturan saya, saya cuma mau notifikasi transaksi masuk dan keluar.

Kalau memang hanya bisa upload menggunakan satu KTP saja, mengapa verifikasinya perlu ke lain2 pula, saya faham klo itu perlu dicek ke KK, minor mistake padahal NIK juga sama malah di reject. Kenapa ga sekalian aja verifikasi ke identitas lain supaya lebih afdol akta kelahiran kah, biodata kah, driving licence kah. Bertahun2 ngurus bermacam hal pakai KTP baru kali ini dipersulit. Ini memberi harapan palsu pd WNI yg berdomisili diluar, pdhl saya sudah takjub dg hadirny online system registration ini. Malah disuruh kembali ke Indonesia. Solusi macam apa itu, kemudahan akses matamu! Benar2 membuang2 waktu dan energi saja mengurus birokrasinya. Shame on you and whoever made this system 👎🏼

kecewa dengan fitur QRIS di MyBCA. pembayaran gagal, tapi notifikasi yang diberikan malah membingungkan dan menyesatkan. Seperti yang saya alami, ada pengeluaran yang ditampilkan di notifikasi padahal transaksinya gagal. Ini bikin salah paham dan bikin konflik langsung sama orang/pedagang, kapok pake QRIS. Perbaiki sistem notifikasi!!
