It’s just a so-so app. Has basic info, doesn’t do anything fancy. I just use it to track my claims. But yeah, Face ID doesn’t work.

Takes your information then brings you to blank account activation page. God knows who has my personal information now. Tried to find a report button but there doesn’t seem to be one. I recommend Apple take this app down asap! I found out the app was fake by calling blue cross blue shield and them directing me to the correct app.

App is completely useless, wasted my time trying to login again and again. I just updated my credentials and know it is correct. Uninstalling. Hopefully BCBS will hire an actual developer one day, instead of the joke who “made” this app.

Can’t log in. Allows me to reset my password and then says my details should be the same as the website and won’t open. Can’t set up Face ID because it won’t scroll down to the check box and continue button. Now I’m locked out of the website as well. 

Why advertise an app that doesn’t work? We pay you thousands of dollars a year for overpriced healthcare, the least you could do is give us the illusion that the system is working for us with a functioning app.
