### 4/5 — Works well

*2026-07-27, version 11.5.3*

Happy with the app. It’s working well and using a solid app framework. Minus one star because they don’t offer Apple Health integration, even though the app description says so. I reached out to support and they said they have no intention of enabling it.

### 2/5 — waiting for reply

*2025-09-06, version 11.2.4*

i have checked this for a reply on a med refill twice a day for the last week and got no reply. waste of time. i called too.

### 2/5 — Billing

*2025-04-09, version 11.2.4*

The billing and dealing with the insurance is very frustrating.

### 2/5 — App went modal to announce arrival

*2025-01-23, version 11.1.5*

The app went modal for me requiring me to announce that I have arrived for my appointment (which is in a couple of hours) and I could not exit the modality in order to complete the “paperwork” and submit the questionnaires before I arrive. The app also wanted me to grant location services all the time, not only when I had the app open. That is an invasion of privacy. My husband who has 46 years of computer experience says it was a poorly designed and written application.

### 3/5 — Some things great, others frustrating

*2024-12-30, version 11.1.5*

The site gives me access to a lot of my information and in that way is very helpful.
But the “medications list” feature is very frustrating. (I take a LOT of different medications.)
-the medications are not listed alphabetically so it’s easy to inadvertently omit one.
-there is no obvious way to change dosage information, so I have to “remove” with a note reporting the new dosage (not intending to remove, but to edit).
-and each time I “edit” the list, the system starts the list over again so I have to scroll down the whole list to find where I left off.

### 3/5 — Good and friendly app

*2024-11-13, version 11.1.5*

Only downside of the app is that all the notifications are borderline harassment. I’m new to the BCH app and had to turn off all the notifications 2 days from downloading. It’s too much

### 3/5 — Mark Sperry

*2024-09-27, version 10.9.2*

Questionnaire requires info already on file with BMC primary provider. Isn’t info completed shared with all BMC docs/offices? Loading pictures of insurance cards into the Questionnaire requires new log-in each time.

### 3/5 — Generally Good, BUT….

*2024-04-03, version 10.5.3*

I am on a couple of these type of portals, and this one is the best, but it has a few bugs that have never been corrected:

1). In doing a set of pre-appointment forms, is it truly necessary to skim and sign the exact same set of obligatory forms, every single time you have an appointment, even if you have just done it a few weeks ago? How about a box right at the beginning that says, “Has anything changed? Last time you said OK. Click OK here and move on.”

2). At my most recent set of pre-appt forms, there was a little progress bar across the top - very good. However, after telling me I had two forms to fill out, with the bar showing around 90% done, they forced another form on me - the medical history one, which I have filled out maybe 4x per year every year.

3). I fill out these forms on my personal iPad Pro, with all the updates (currently iOS ver 17). On the Med Hist form, all those buttons on the multiple choice questions (e.g., “When you smoked did you smoke…1 pack per day/ 2 packs per day/ 3 packs per day …”) all the buttons look identical, so you can’t see which one you chose last time. Can't you just make the background a different color to indicate the existing record selection, or embolden the font, or something?

4). Also on that Med Hist form, there was a glitch in filling in my sister’s name (it didn’t show her breast cancer, so I was adding it) and no drop-down list appeared, so I typed it in. Now it looks like I have two sisters with the same exact name.

To the BCH IT staff: I hope you can do something about these little conditions marring your actually very good interface - I would love to give you the full 5 stars!

### 3/5 — Billing section doesn’t open

*2024-02-06, version 10.5.3*

Billing just spins for a while then gets “an error occurred on the server”. Been like this for weeks. Meh.

### 5/5 — Better than expected

*2023-12-12, version 10.5.3*

I’m a pick up the phone hear a voice person. I had very low expectations. So I called to make an appointment, no one answered. Uploaded the ap and I know have an appointment short text with doc moved it up. Fell heard and supported. This is going to work for me. Thank you.

### 5/5 — MyBCH Rules!

*2023-11-13, version 10.5.3*

The MyBCH app works great and is a wonderful way to keep track of meds, appointments, history, etc. This is in addition to communicating with the staff as needed. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — BCH & Anshutz Hospitals , great nurses & staff

*2023-10-11, version 10.3.1*

### 5/5 — Very pleased

*2023-08-30, version 10.3.1*

I like Anchor Point for their quick service, on-time appointments, high quality care and the doctor and staff quick response to questions asked on this platform
Ashley Garcia is my care provider . She is wonderful and also quick to refill prescriptions when needed.

### 4/5 — Great app!

*2023-07-12, version 10.3.1*

I like the BCH app a lot.. the only thing it doesn’t do is show a “badge” number on the app to show that I have messages waiting. Other Apps, e.g., Texts, emails, voicemails, etc, will show the number of unread messages. The BCH app doesn’t show anything. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Cannot login or use it recently ;(

*2026-04-02, version 11.5.3*

The app was so great until they added a pop-up at the login screen for vaccines. Every time you click login, it goes back to the main login page, but then doesn’t let you click login and pops up the vaccine for Covid once again🤯

It’s been like this for the last four weeks

### 1/5 — Creating barriers for patients

*2025-05-20, version 11.2.4*

By implementing mandatory 2FA they are creating barriers for patients, especially the elderly, from accessing their medical information. So many elderly patients are unfamiliar with 2FA or they don't have a cellphone or email address.

Amazing job hindering the patient's ability to access their medical information in a timely manner. ZERO stars.

### 1/5 — Yuck

*2025-03-25, version 11.2.4*

Literally hate this app. Don’t appreciate the ridiculous amount of notifications that are the default. Can’t even imagine how the 70 & 80 olds are navigating it.

### 1/5 — Passcode screen

*2023-12-12, version 10.5.3*

Unable to see numbers on passcode screen to input 4 digit passcode

### 1/5 — Missing records

*2023-11-19, version 10.5.3*

I’ve had a series of doctor visits, tests and biopsies that are not on my bch

### 1/5 — Website

*2023-01-30, version 10.2.6*

Things might have been updated, but I have to tell you it is E X T R E M L Y S slow to load ANY Information from your Tess, Dr. notes, medication, the Whole website loads very slow,
Is it on my side? Or are others experiencing the same problem?

### 1/5 — Unable to export test results

*2022-09-30, version 10.2.6*

It’s nice to see test results in the app but it’s ridiculous to have to log into the app each time. The user should be able to export test results.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-05-17, version 10.1.5*

Login does not follow standard convention of allowing you to see whole word you've typed to check what you've typed, email link brings up browser instead of app, and app does not allow you to stay logged in, discouraging its use. Barely usable.

### 1/5 — Lacking in details, navigation ease, and email alerts to scheduled events.

*2022-05-01, version 9.9.2*

I logged in to schedule an appointment and found numerous tests and follow-ups of which I was never made aware.
The details of theses events were missing, despite having clicked on the details tab.
I am reviewing this now, because I am struggling to find how to schedule an appointment.

### 1/5 — Trainwreck!

*2019-11-22, version 1.0*

Took me 4 days to schedule an appointment...they lost my referral, insurance info and medical history. They make you get unnecessary procedures and appointment just to charge you more. Made mistakes on my treatment. Took me hours on the phone to fix...they just dont care!! This new app wants you to re enter all the stuff they should already have but are too lazy to transfer over. I’ve requested medical records multiple times and the don’t deliver. Excessive charges for standard treatments. TOTAL SCAM!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Helpful reminders

*2026-03-06, version 11.5.3*

The reminders are very helpful for upcoming appointments. As most patients are very busy with family and friends. The Rx list helpful also.
