I was charged twice for the same mobile service — once prepaid through my Residential package and again through the Mobile postpaid system. Because the Residential and Mobile departments apparently don’t communicate, I still haven’t received my refund even after spending nearly 8 hours on the phone. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service.
