This has never allowed me to upload documents to my caseworker to get my account recertified ! I’m so upset it’s held up my case this year! I have problems every month with it ! Now it says it can’t find my case at all !! I was recertified 2 months ago ! I hope your app didn’t drop me in the system and mess up my case !!
