What a great program ### 5/5 — The Future of Virtual Cards *2026-06-09* The simple act of losing your wallet can be detrimental to all facets of your life. That upcoming appointment with your new medical doctor may need to be pushed back; the appointment you waited months for- and it’s all because you lost your insurance card! This app is a lifesaver for me. I lost my vision card in March. Humana was asked to replace my card. Don’t forget that Humana is a big corporate insurance company- still never replaced that card. Now, I can access it all online and finally get my eyes re-checked, pretty important!! ### 3/5 — Useless *2026-06-04* A whole app just to have them tell you to find a $40 specialist for a nutritionist for health issues. What is this even for? **Developer response:** You came in with a real health issue and left feeling like the app just pointed you at a directory listing, that's not the experience we're aiming for, and your frustration is fair. Our job isn't just to name a provider; it's to make sure the option actually fits your coverage, your budget, and what you're dealing with. It sounds like we stopped short of that. If you're willing to give us another chance, message us in the app and tell the Care Guide what you're looking for and what didn't work about the first suggestion and we'll dig deeper.
