The app simply does not work, and I’ve been trying to access my account for almost 10 days without success. I went to my local BIAT agency seeking assistance, and they were unable to resolve the issue. I then called customer support at 31 311 818, expecting help, but that also led nowhere. How is it possible for a bank’s digital service to be unusable for more than a week with no effective support from either the branch or the helpline? In 2026, customers should not have to spend days chasing solutions just to use basic banking services. The lack of technical reliability and the inability of support channels to solve a simple login problem is unacceptable. BIAT seriously needs to improve both its app stability and customer support.
