And when I click send me another sms. This is ridiculous!! You need to add an authentication by email. SMS does not work!!!Please do a better job and make a better app that is user friendly. This app is a nightmare for people living abroad. We need to be able to access our accounts. Security could be done differently. Phone numbers are not the only secure way. Au début, je pensais que c’était un problème de serveur. Ensuite, j’ai été obligé de faire « code oublié » et de créer un nouveau code pour pouvoir me connecter. Je ne trouve pas ça normal de la part d’une banque ! Il faudrait tester tous les use cases avant de déployer, et ce n’est pas la première fois en plus. Ce n’est pas sérieux ! ### 1/5 — Application non fiable *2026-05-16, version 3.2.0* Depuis la mise à jour effectuée hier de l’application MyBIAT l’application ne s’ouvre plus et affiche uniquement un message d’erreur. De plus même avant cette dernière mise à jour les transactions n’étaient pas instantanées. Depuis l’installation de cette version, l’application démarre correctement et affiche l’écran de connexion. Toutefois, après la saisie du mot de passe, un message d’erreur apparaît indiquant qu’un service est indisponible et qu’une erreur est survenue, invitant à réessayer ultérieurement. Being abroad it is so frustrating not being have any access or view on my banking account. in the meanwhile the bank is taking exorbitant fees and not doing their job as it should be . I’ve been more than 20 years with the BIAT everything was working seamlessly when we had access to our accounts through the website . Impossible d’effectuer un virement correctement : des erreurs s’affichent, les opérations restent “planifiées”, et le solde change sans explication. Même les conseillers ne voient pas les virements fantômes créés par l’application ! C’est très inquiétant pour la gestion d’un compte à distance. Obligé de désinstaller et réinstallé tous les mois car « services indisponibles » sans raison. Aucun onglet pour les informations et paramètres personnelle, obligé d’utiliser des infos qui ont été saisi par l’agence où vous avez souscrit, et que eux même ont choisis. En 2025 c’est une honte pour une banque se considérant comme l’une des plus grandes du pays de ne pas savoir mettre en place une application fonctionnelle et facile d’utilisation. The app simply does not work, and I’ve been trying to access my account for almost 10 days without success. I went to my local BIAT agency seeking assistance, and they were unable to resolve the issue. I then called customer support at 31 311 818, expecting help, but that also led nowhere. How is it possible for a bank’s digital service to be unusable for more than a week with no effective support from either the branch or the helpline? In 2026, customers should not have to spend days chasing solutions just to use basic banking services. The lack of technical reliability and the inability of support channels to solve a simple login problem is unacceptable. BIAT seriously needs to improve both its app stability and customer support.
