Bill View:

Consumers can view their current and previous bill information from this app .They can also download the bill in PDF format.

Bill Payment:

Post-paid Bill Payment through mobile devices can be done from this app.


Payment History:

Consumers can view their payment history through this app.

Profile Information:

Consumers can view and update their mobile numbers and GMC holding number through this app. 


Prepaid Meter Recharge:

Consumers having prepaid meters can recharge their accounts through this app. They can also view their voucher codes by using the app.
Consumers having smart prepaid meters can recharge their meters through this app. They can also check their prepaid balance as well as monthly statements using this app.

### 1/5 — Worst user experience, worst app

While making an govt app the basic should be the loading speed which is terrible, secondly the user experience could have been far better. There are lot of issues such as there is a call button and when you call it’s a fire brigade number. You need to mention that more clearly. Contact us along with twitter, fb and rest you’ll added a call button. That’s such wrong placement. Consider getting a proper UIUX done and get a better server. App crashes multiple times and is slow.

I have been trying to access the account outside of India. Was working fine in 2025. Stopped working from 2026 onwards.

The app doesn’t let anyone register complaint now. It just keeps loading. I don’t know if it is a directive from the government to stop users from complaining so that they have a clean record where no new complaints are registered. A cunning move.

Not much of a complaint but more of a suggestion. Please add “Auto-payment” system because it’s annoying to recharge every time for a prepaid customer. 
Say the balance gets below 150, it automatically gets credited from Credit Card or Bank Account. 
Also, add “UPI QR” payment option in addition to UPI ID & UPI App.

The APDCL app should introduce a self-service option for address updation using KYC document verification. Currently, the process is not user-friendly and takes more time. If users are allowed to update their address by uploading valid KYC documents (like Aadhaar, electricity bill, etc.), it will make the system faster, more transparent, and convenient for everyone. Kindly consider adding this feature in future updates.

The “Make Payment” button is not working as of now. All fields are entered but when the button is clicked, ro response is happening on the screen and the button doesn’t do any action. Please resolve it asap.

When I click prepaid recharge, it asks for linking holding number with apdcl consumer number. Even after it has been successfully done.. the same error pops up. Unable to recharge

Usage pattern graphs are not detailed, it lacks information as well was interacting with it is a pain.
The user should be able to download a csv or excel with all the unit and price per unit data. These has no clear details.

Even if later on surcharge is introduced no way user can calculate or properly dispute. Please add necessary features now that you have forced prepaid measures, I need to be able to calculate/predict my usage with reliable data
