The tabs are clear. It does not look busy or overwhelming. The login process once established is simple. my only issue is that at times it requires a verification to use my phone which I have done previously and that might be confusing to people who are not custom to using smart phones. ### 2/5 — Consistently errors during login *2026-07-26, version 11.7.4* On the rare occasion when it works the app is pretty good at communication, scheduling, and viewing test results. But it consistently errors during login, 1 out of 20 it might work for me. Recently, I was rushed to the hospital and I had to stay overnight. I had labs, ex-rays, scans and other things done, those results are not displayed in my records.
