### 2/5 — Message in SMS and message throughout APP name!! It is worst.

When we make a bill the customer receive a SMS and in SMS have mentioned only billing amount, I think SMS must have final amount also. Same when we enter receive amount then customer not received total dues amount. 
1. Consumer always receive the message and WhatsApp  though MYbillbook name. I got  problem when one customer buy a product from different different wender and is all vendors using my bill book then all sms and whatsapp message received by customer in one window and that is very confusing for customers and as well as sellers. 
Many times create confusion and I don’t suggest to use mybillbook because of this reason. I purchased mybillbook then why sms and whatsapp thour name of mybillbook why not from my number? When my Lisence end from mybillbook I will shift to other App.

There’s no option to subtract when we buy back from customers, so it needs to be mentioned in the notes instead. As a battery supplier, buyback is a common practice, but we are helpless without a proper (-) option. It would be great if developers could add this feature.

I highly recommend not to purchase! 
The sale team what ever they speak is lie and cheat! 

No support you will get after purchasing! 
Except these words 

"I have forwarded your request to our team, please wait for 24-48 hours. One of our seniors will approach you."
"I have forwarded your concern/issue to the escalation team. One of the representatives will message you shortly. Please stay connected."

Full of bugs which they can't fix it! 

•Application will automatically generate GST for you invoice! 
•you can't download invoice more than 1 at a time.
•It's dead slow while loading your listed products! 
•If u arrange your products in an order it will get shuffle automatically. Including costumer list! 
• Not all user friendly.

Over all software will work automatically, nothing can be control manually. You have to change your business according to software how it's work on the particular day! 
It's not permanent change even! Day by day settings will keep changing! 

I even can't rate 1* I can give half star rating just to name it as a software.

I purchase platinum plan.     And I regret,   Not got my gst credit.       And not give proper resolution.    

Regarding issues. I complain to their team members.     15-20 days they not give resolution.  Asking for 24 hour. 48 hour.          And then.   They say i am getting let.  Now i cant help u.            I sent mail.  I have all proof regarding complain.    But. They tell me.           Now its to take to much time.  We cant help u.

It is a very nice app for making invoices almost close to perfect with all the features one requires for making an invoice

But to my surprise. On web version it has no option to mail the invoice directly from the application to the client. 

It will be a 5 star app once it includes that feature.

Very simple interface when compared with other apps and helps me make invoices, helps in managing stock, reminders to party and other features making my business run smooth. I will definitely recommend this app to people looking for a all in one solution

smart collect systems is third class service provider by my bill book. I tried to so many times to this company but no response received to us. Payment paid on 10th Sept on virtual account but till 27 Sept not received us or refund to customer account. This is the cheating with customer payment. Customer support or smart collect team not responsible give answer to customer. Company not taking  money responsibility. Never recommend this company to any one or please refund the payment to us or party

I’m using more than two years. Before I use it on Anroid and Now on iOS but I’m not satisfied on iOS version. I can’t receive payment. I want more bill pattern which will be small size font .

Found Bill Book to be best accounting app so far, definitely scores best In ease of use. Accounting is not difficult anymore, making invoices is also easy. I have recommended this app to all my friends and they have installed it too. At a time when many accounting softwares come with loads of instruction manuals and also difficult to use mybillbook is the best app. And this one being available at your fingertips is all a businessman can ask for.

The customer support has become extremely disappointing. It is now almost entirely AI-based, making it very difficult to connect with a human support representative. Customers have to repeat the same issue multiple times, which wastes a significant amount of time.

In urgent situations, this kind of support is simply not reliable. I would rather use a service that offers prompt access to human customer support, as it provides a much better experience and resolves issues more efficiently.

I purchased 1-year license based on their sales team assurance. After using it I realized there are so many missing features such as barcode printing which is one of the most important requirement for me. Their support team has no clue about the issue and I have to live with it for a year. They called me few days before expiration of my license and I shared them feedback but still no improvement. Not recommended at all. Another issue is with their reports which does not provide the required information.

### 1/5 — Serious Concerns About GST Compliance & Customer Support – MyBillBook

We purchased a 5-year subscription of myBillBook on 02 August 2025 for our company AVM Minerals based on assurances from their sales representative that the platform supports GST-compliant invoicing including Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

Unfortunately, after implementation we discovered that:

• Proper RCM handling is not available in the software
• RCM invoices are incorrectly treated as 0% forward charge
• The system generates Bill of Supply instead of Tax Invoice in certain cases
• These issues create GST compliance risks

We reported this issue multiple times starting 24 December 2025.

Instead of resolving the problem, the support team informed us that RCM is only logged as a “feature suggestion” and there is no timeline for implementation.

We also requested either:

• A clear timeline for fixing the issue
or
• Cancellation of the subscription with refund so we could migrate to another platform

Unfortunately:

• No solution was provided
• No timeline was given
• Our sales contact stopped responding
• Follow-up emails were largely ignored

As a result, the software has been unusable for our accounting needs despite paying for a 5-year plan.

We hope the company improves:

• Product transparency
• GST-related functionality
• Customer grievance handling

I am sharing this experience so that other businesses evaluate their requirements carefully before committing to long-term subscriptions.

Once i paid the amount since i was just buyine the plan for 1 year he forced and called me 4 times so i bought it amd after that i loginned the software in my windows and ios and made some few entries in windows after that the application is only showing me the information that it is syncing nothing is resolved they are just saying login or logout the device… 😡 
Waste of money app if my issue is not getting resolved it’s been a month i guess 
Sometime he is in hospital or medical issues….xyz…… 
Not either he’s contacting me after saying i’ll call you later 
Such a shame for me to be getted in their plan for buying 3 year plan 😭

Don’t buy/ purchase any of there plans . No use of these plans . Platinum plan has 2 companies & enterprises plan has multiple users and companies but after purchase it shows only 2 company & user . So what’s the use of spending 6k .?? Support person assist you very well before purchase but after sales he don’t assist as he does before .. 
Now he is charging 1180 for each company which was not mentioned anywhere.. that’s not fair .

Once you make payment then you are nothing for them, one of their executive Chirayu contacted me i bought the enterprise plan for 3 years, he clearly told me you will receive the GST invoice and you can claim input, after making payment my plan activated in few hours and same time when i find the invoice i notify to chirayu that my GST number not mentioned in invoice, he said dont worry you will receive it. Then we dont have much time that we daily remind them about it, still i remind to chirayu 5-6 times then one day after almonst a month he said its been long now its not possible to get GST invoice, now tell me whats my fault?

Download your data before expiry of subscription!!

They are not giving my business data once I refused for renewal their service.

Simply buy a software like Tally, Busy etc, where you do not have to go for annual  high renewal premium/fee. Software that you will buy, that will be your property forever.
In Tally and Busy software, you only have to pay nominal and justified premium, if you wish to upgrade/update your software.

Here with the case of MyBillBook type of portal, you have to pay on yearly basis, high renewal charges. Lot of loopholes are there in their software since they are beginners.

My Bill Book;
Pros: 1. You can login through your mobile and from anywhere

Con: 1. Charges for the first year - lucrative
Con: 2. Next year onwards charges will be as per their mood- very high
Con: 3. If you do not go for renewal, you cannot retrieve your data
Con: 4. You have to plead them for the previous data
Con: 3. it is a new start up company with lot of error in the software

### 1/5 — Most Useless Product - They Owe Full Refund to Everyone who paid for this App.

PLEASE DON'T DARE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER, have never seen such uselss product.

You don't get basic report, such as Item wise Profit. 

You don't get Category wise Stock report at one go, they encourage you to download each category separetely. 

No Party wise Sales summary to check your top performer by Business value or by Profit.

No report on Stock adjustment, so you get no idea if anyone dose any stock adjustment.

Their Tally Data migration tool is useless and most stupid part is they asking to upgrage to see actual data.

Like the list can go on and on.

Above all, their team keep calling you to upgrade the level by paying X amount, it's like an harrasment. 

Over last 6 months being part of this trap, have put enough energy to report and escalate to add some basic reports, but all efforts in vain.

I just downloaded the app for trial purposes and had created a few invoices as well
After the trial period when the app clearly says you are on your free trial you can still create and share limited invoices 
The app doesn’t even allow you to view my older invoices without purchasing the premium plan..
There is no meaning for the free plan which is activated by default after the free premium trial
I just want to share or even view the older invoices I created and that too is too much for these greedy developers.

This app is super helpful for my hardware shop. I was searching for a billing software in India that also manages inventory, and myBillBook does that perfectly. I can track customer payments, generate GST invoices, and even send bills through WhatsApp. Also the reports are very useful for daily tracking. Just love this app!

This POS software is perfect for my footwear shop. I can add sizes, colors, and prices easily and even apply discounts during sale season. myBillBook also helps with GST billing and gives me a clear view of daily and monthly sales. I started using their online billing software during lockdown and never stopped since. It’s easy and accurate!

Even after having a silver plan i am getting a prompt to upgrade the plan. I cant even get rid of the prompt to create invoices. It would be great if someone fixes it Trips n fly

I was previously using Marg, and other billing with inventory management softwares which only resulted in headache for me.

Now Mybillbook is our end to end app which fulfils product billing with expiry date and batch number matching

We can use product scanning while billing which eliminates selling price issues.

Employee billing with and without edit access
Ready to download GST reports

Most importantly managing the business with super fast mobile applications.

Kudos to the Mybillbook creator to make look billing simple and easy.
