Extremely limited functionality. I had Aetna with a previous employer and it was very useful, the app designers for BCBS could take a few pointers from them. I do not recommend downloading this, its poorly designed and basically useless. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2023-02-20, version 1.4.27* For over a month now you cannot look up a provide to receive care. They say they are working on it but clearly are not as it’s been over a month. So sick of company’s like this that take your money every month but can’t be bothered to provide good service. Would hate to think that the INS side of this is as bad as the operational side of AZ BCBS.
