It says I must contact by phone. When I tried to contact by phone this week, I was on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes and couldn’t get them to answer! ### 5/5 — Great updates *2025-10-09, version 3.8.2* I love that they added two-factor authentication so I can get my code with texting now. They really made a lot of improvements! Somehow they got a sometimes functional bookmark approved on the App Store. I have hated every part of the experience of my employer switching from UHC to BCBS NE, and this “app” is just the icing on the cake. ### 1/5 — Not even an app *2025-03-03, version 3.8.2* It just routes you to the website and it does not remember your credentials.
