•View 15 months of claims history as soon as they are paid.
•Find prescription drug information, including claims, co-pays and lower cost alternatives.

The app is terrible. Face ID will not work. Login authentication is impossible via text, and slow via email. It’s time for a new, up to date app. Not expecting anything of the kind from this outdated company.

It’s the worst app I have ever used. I can’t even complete creating account so I can move forward to navigate the app

The app kept crashing, I could not even log in for the first time. I received the Authenticator email to put in the code and the app said the code it’s wrong. Tried using the send a text for the code, I never received it. What a joke. With how much premium BCBS received each month you would think they can get a real app set up. To BCBSMS, if you paying for the app to get it setup and maintain, change another company please. Currently your app is a joke.

Easily the worst app on my phone.  Perhaps the worst I’ve seen in years.  Functions like a 1st gen app with no ability for Face ID, no recall of devices, annoying verification phone calls, but a passable interior once you log in.

The app NEVER works when I need it, it’s the absolute worst app I’ve used and accessing my insurance information has been such a hassle with every doctors visit. It shouldn’t be so stressful to just simply access your insurance information, I hope something changes.

I downloaded the app so that I wouldn’t have to go online. I can’t seem to get passed the create an account section even though I’ve already created one online. It ask me to recreate a password and security questions. When I complete everything it gives me an error when I try to submit.
