BUT when it comes to rainy day, the app did not work as expected. It takes so long to create an order and most of the times it failed. I try to contact the CS but no response. It is so disappointing that I have to spend almost 40 min and prob. be late to work. I had a card attached to my Bluebird Taxi account, used numerous times. This trip it states the card is invalid, I have used the card elsewhere without a problem during this trip. I use this card specifically for overseas travel so I don’t get charged with exchange rates etc. I’ve deleted it and now the app will not let me add it again. What a joke and how unsafe ### 2/5 — Love it but … *2025-05-09* The marketing notifications can’t be turned off! I should be in control of what notifications I get to see without needing to turn them off in the iPhone settings (which then I can’t see when the driver is near!). I will delete app soon. So distracting all day notifications!!!!! EDIT: finally deleted my account AND lowered my score. THERE IS NO WAY to turn off marketing notification!!!! They do this on purpose!!! My phone alerts me to notifications “Promos” all day and I can’t even read them or turn them off. If I turn them off in the iPhone app setting then I can’t get notification from the driver. ALL DAY MARKETING PROMOTIONS!!! It’s insane!!! I love Bluebird but REFUSE to be annoyed like this everyday. Driver doubled our rate because he ‘kept getting lost’ driving up and down the beach, despite us telling him to stop, pull over, and check his maps and take us back to the drop off point. Customer service will side with their drivers - shocking. Bank said it is app problem. Multiple card not working ### 1/5 — Unimpressed *2026-05-20, version 6.24.0* Twice I booked a ride with more than 24hr notice and was not notified until 1.5hrs or as waiting for pickup that the company does not go to these areas - should be automatic in the app or more notice so as not to leave people panicked ### 1/5 — They might leave you stranded! *2026-05-07, version 6.24.0* Be careful where you book from / to. The night before I scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 6am from Kuta to Lombok Airport. Order confirmed. Everything sorted I thought. Not so! A few hours later, given I’d never used the app before, I asked customer service what guarantees the taxi would arrive. They replied with “our taxis can’t go anywhere in Kuta”. So I was never going to be picked up! My issue isn’t to do with where cabs can go, it’s that the app never told me this! The only reason I found out in time was because of an abundance of caution. I would’ve missed my flight had I trusted this. As a tourist I can’t be expected to know. Most hailing apps have a red zone on the map to indicate no-go zones. Throughout the whole booking process this said nothing about Kuta being off-limits. When I challenged customer service they just ignored me. I’m not putting in my credit card details into an app I’ll use maybe twice during my stay.
