One of the most pathetic app even the Rajasthan government app work flawless but this BMC would have expected from them ### 1/5 — Just like BMC : useless *2026-07-30* ⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst government apps I’ve ever used. It is slow, buggy, poorly designed, and feels completely untested. It’s hard to believe this was considered ready for release on the App Store. Did anyone actually use this app before publishing it? The user experience is terrible, basic functions don’t work reliably, and instead of making citizens’ lives easier, this app only wastes their time. This level of quality is unacceptable for a public service funded by taxpayers. Please stop releasing half-baked software and start prioritizing quality, testing, and accountability. ### 1/5 — This app is only for name sake and doesn’t work *2026-07-24* I have downloaded the app and the app is more broken then the website. It simply doesn’t allow you to login giving multiple errors like no Internet connection and probably more of them giving errors of devices related . The app is just build for name sake and doesn’t work with zero optimisation for the devices. Please go to the nearest BMC office is the only solution. Keep paying tax and get these kind of services. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2026-06-05* The app doesn’t let me do simple things like downloading my water bill. It keeps taking me back to the login screen. Even if I re-login it takes me back to the Home Screen. They need to have mercy on us and fix these bugs ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work- It’s of no use. *2026-05-16* It is very hard to log in the mobile number tab doesn’t open. You have to try 10-20 times, even then it may not open. I use an iPhone 13. I wanted to open property tax, that too would not open. The app needs a thorough overhaul. Never worked! ### 1/5 — Location service issue *2025-10-21* Unable to provide location as a message pops up saying to navigate to settings and enable location. After having done so, it still is unable to find my location. Due to this complaints aren't acted upon.
