### 1/5 — Great program but app rarely works

Love the program and have had great weight loss.  Unfortunately the app is not designed well.  The videos often won’t load or will skip.   BodySlims is aware of the issue and even takes time to explain that this is because of bandwidth and wifi quality, but if it happening often enough for that many people I think they should look at a better solution than blaming the user’s internet.

### 1/5 — Cannot get onto the app

I have downloaded the app, unfortunately it brings me straight to a log in page where I have to already have an email and password registered.  There is no option to register to use, so I can’t get past the login page.  A bit disappointed as I think this looks like it could be good for me.
