Received an email about “ 已完成配貨” with status updated to “ 已配貨”. Yet, when I went to the bookstore to pick up the books, the salesperson said the books haven’t been successfully delivered to their bookstore. Wasting my time!!! Please stop sending any misleading communications to customers.

絕不推薦使用，我連即場下載加入會員都收不到電郵認證，處理左跳足超過廿分鐘。浪費時間。仲話方便會員，我用正價買完書後已刪除APPs。如非必要，日後都唔會再在商務買書。體驗極差。

I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the extremely poor experience I have had ordering from MyBookOne.

I placed a textbook order for my child on 22 July, yet this order was only processed on 13 August—more than three weeks later. To date, I have only received 2 of the 6 textbooks ordered. The remaining 4 have been stuck in limbo: 3 show as “In Transit” with no updates for weeks, while 1 remains “In Process” indefinitely.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service. Despite repeated attempts through both WhatsApp and email over the past several days, I have not received a single response. This is wholly unacceptable for a company handling time-sensitive school materials.

The app ecosystem is also outdated and confusing. Orders cannot be tracked in any straightforward way—ironically, they only appear under “Pre-order Update,” which makes no logical sense. Most importantly, the system provides no expected delivery dates whatsoever, leaving customers in the dark.

It is deeply frustrating that a platform serving parents and students offers zero accountability, zero communication, and zero support. This is symptomatic of too many Hong Kong businesses, where customer service is treated as optional rather than essential.

In short, this experience has been unreliable, unhelpful, and unnecessarily stressful. Unless there are significant improvements to customer service responsiveness, transparency of order tracking, and usability of the app, I cannot recommend MyBookOne to anyone.
