A mail/goods forwarding company - my experiences from May 2020; Deliveries were attempted multiple times to their UK address but nobody there to receive them. UK telephone number was not operational. Customer service - over 30 emails were sent and were either ignored or the queries raised were not responded to. After so many emails they inform me that to contact the seller and they will receive the items this time. Unprofessional people . Not recommended to any one . ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — They “used” to be good.. *2024-12-16, version 4.0.5* Been using them for quite along time and i was satisfied with them for that time. However, their services started to become bad rendering delay to your packages and shipments. The call center employees are clueless most of the time, where they will be giving robotic answers of hopes and dreams, and if you tried to contact their emails, they will make sure that you enter a loophole that start with the same cycle. For example Your shipment will be delivered to them, then over 3 days with no update in theirs app, then you contact them and they will ask you directly for a proof of delivery 🤦🏻‍♂️ this just shows one thing the people at call center/email are disconnected from the people the shipping team. This is one main example and i have alot to say but this will turn to a story at this rate. Anyway, i do not recommend them at all. ### 1/5 — Worst shipping experience *2024-10-21* I’ve been dealing with shipping companies since 2008. PostaPlus is the worst experience! My last 3 shipments were not processed until i call customer care and send e-mail. And what does not make sense is they reply to my e-mail after the delivery stating that “your request is being processed”😂!! But an item from eBay, got delivered through USPS (US Postal Service) 5 days back., in the US address given at MYBOX page. No updation in MYBOX Account.
