But loops on reviewing messages. You need to read and cancel out several times before dismissed. Also, the e check in doesn’t always work and they don’t view your check in. So I always check in the front desk as well or you’ll be sitting waiting for a long while. Clicked the link, app opened and said I was checked in, but the receptionist computer never got that message and my appointment was cancelled while I sat in the waiting area. The previous version was much easier to read and understand. Please change it back. Also, is there a way to allow a family member to order a guest food tray when the patient is not able to have a tray? Food services as you might expect in some hospitals. Smuggle in the hamburger. Getting up to the room to the emergency department or anything else we’re trying to get messages through the system answered by your care team this next two impossible. The colorectal team aside from the surgeon has been far less than helpful, communicative, or insightful. That’s a nice way of saying that they’re just playing rude and uninformed.. that’s a very much I can say about them. ### 1/5 — Billing *2026-08-05, version 8.15.0* I have constant issues with billing. Whoever does it is not coding stuff correctly and then they do not fix it. Communication between departments is horrific. Also always nice when you leave a follow up expecting the Rx your surgeon ordered only to find that it takes three more days to get because of the lack of communication. Trying to get messages through the system answered by your care team in a timely manner is next to impossible. The colorectal team aside from the surgeon has been far less than helpful, communicative, or insightful. That’s a nice way of saying that they’re just plain rude and uninformed.. that’s about as nice a thing as I can say about them. ### 1/5 — BSW *2026-08-17, version 8.15.0* The website/portal whatever is impossible!!! There is no way to send a message or ask a question. They never call you (I have called three times and left three detailed messages with a nice person who promises one of the nurses will call back and they never do. Horrible business practices. I like my doctor. However there is no way to communicate with the office. I think it was the 3 rd floor, and the food was great too !! All the support team and technicians are also outstanding. I feel heard and always get my questions answered in a timely manner. I also feel we get the care we should have in this great country. We are privileged to live in the times we do with the educational systems and strides made in modern medicine. She got me a Butterfly needle to draw blood because I have needle phobia. I shared all my physical concerns with Ashauna with requests for referrals. She prepared Dr.McMenamy very well. Dr.Mcmenamy went right to what my issues were & the referrals I needed. She is very kind and respectful and listened to me very intently. I researched my own referrals but when I asked her for a referral for medical services I had not researched , she had a suggestion for a specialty clinics right away. My referrals were on the top page of the physicians report. It was a very efficient, thorough appointment. I never waited on anybody. When I checked in at front desk, I was almost immediately called in.
