The running balance is no longer available. Finding the “deposit” selection was harder to find. Very disappointed with the “update” that seems like a downgrade. ### 3/5 — Update *2026-08-12, version 26.1.330* I absolutely hate the new format after the update ! 😩 Why can’t you just leave things alone instead of forcing CHANGES to people ?!?ALSO, I hate that you have limits on pirchases on my Debit Card 😩 I have money in my account and it’s my money and I get rejected decline for purchases because it’s over the limit that you put on my card! That is so wrong. I feel so embarrassed to be declined for a purchase that is covered with thousands of dollars more than what I’m trying to purchase! That is absolutely disgustingly WRONG 😡 you want me to call with a code that I get when I get declined to get it straightened out, but that doesn’t work because once I get declined on that card, the vendor that I’m trying to purchase from won’t accept that card again, so there’s nothing I can do to make it work, I just don’t get it🤔😡 ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-08-11, version 26.1.330* The previous app was great. This is not a better design and seems it was meant to updated so now deposits/transfers made after 9 pm , will not show up until the next day. This is not a benefit, user friendly or 24 hour banking. ### 1/5 — They changed the app and now it’s no good. *2026-07-23, version 26.1.330* The new app is harder to navigate, doesn’t respond as well and is way more time consuming to use. The ease and convenience it use to have is no longer there. I dread everytime I have to use it now, which is a good bit for me. I would go back to the old one if I could. You truly don’t know what you have until it’s gone. Bank of TR is the easiest to work with and has made building my business so much easier not having to worry about the money. They’re not the easiest to get loans with but thats okay.
