### 1/5 — Buggy

*2024-09-11*

App does not accept photos half the time (even though it looks like they post) leading to incidents to be closed due to lack of information.

### 1/5 — Can’t see status of tickets anymore

*2023-10-20*

New version removes a lot of the oversight this app provided. Now you can’t see more than your recent 20 tickets and even then you can’t see the reason why the ticket was closed. Useless

### 4/5 — Honorable mention

*2023-10-12*

Wow. Much improved from how it was before. Bumping you up from 2 stars to 4.

Weeds/Debris is not fully visible/clickable on the screen when scrolling down through the Select Service Type list. iPhone 13 Pro Max here screen size.

I like your hamburger menu, gives it a modern feel. I was signed out and didn’t realize. I think you should prompt users to sign in upon loading the app for the first time but allow them to continue as a guest if they want to so they can still use the app. I was able to sign in later but I didn’t realize why I couldn’t submit a request (because I wasn’t signed in).

The yellow on the request screen highlighting things is bad. I can tell one of your devs did that and not a PM or designer he he. No offense. Please remove the ugly yellow that looks like a highlighter vomited all over ha ha. You could ask people a series of questions like—is this related to trash removal? If yes, then they could still fill out the form but the submission would go to that department. Makes it more user friendly, although it is a pain for your devs to code, it just looks nicer and is easier for the user.

Summer guide is a little late—it’s October now. Maybe make winter guide or remove all together. Like the idea, if just doesn’t work now.

Keep fixing and improving and I’ll come back to give you more ideas. Good job.

### 1/5 — Why have the app if there’s no action

*2023-05-17*

Reported several ongoing issues with seemingly zero follow up after several weeks. Also, once you’re logged out, there’s no way to reset your password If your password manager did not remember the password or you didn’t write it down. Also, removing the garbage/recycling info was such a step backwards, it’s not comprehendible why it was removed.

### 2/5 — App needs a full overhaul

*2022-08-27, version 6.7*

There are times I’d LOVE to use it but the app is just not user friendly. It’s old and you can tell the city hasn’t invested the money into its upkeep. It’s buggy.

The city should invest a good chunk of money into keeping it up to date and fixing existing problems.

Imagine a one stop place for city residents to do business like pay for things, report problems about roads, access services etc.

Please fix!!!

### 5/5 — I Love The Visibility

*2020-05-07, version 6.7*

Government is bureaucracy at its purest form, but this app atleast provides some transparency into the movement of an issue that is raised. It does a great job with providing all residents with a way to report, track and record the issues that are created. Not sure of many other cities that give this sort of method and follow up to a wide variety of public concerns. 2 👍🏾👍🏾 from me! Download and share with a friend.

### 1/5 — Update DESTROYED this AP!!

*2019-05-20, version 5.6*

It was so great to be able to tap on this app and instantly know my garbage pick up day etc. now it’s a mishmash of everything and anything that I don’t need - BOO
HISS! Change it BACK

### 2/5 — Update is horrid

*2019-02-19, version 5.6*

Before you could tap to see garbage pickup and a clean simple page appeared with the date for garbage, the next date for recycling, and the next yard pick up day... now you have to tap through multiple pages to get to the same schedule that they mail to you and you need to turn your phone or zoom in to be able to read the darn thing. It was EASIER THE OTHER WAY! Change it back! Seriously the city screws up everything

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well

*2019-01-29, version 5.6*

Agree with other user. Visuals are off and bookmarks/favorites don’t work well. Try again?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2018-08-14, version 5.6*

You can’t leave reports to have issues repaire
