As an addition to our public transport network, you can ride myBUS in the evening and at night - 7 nights a week, throughout Duisburg. myBUS does not follow fixed routes or schedules. We'll pick you up where you are and take you comfortably to your destination in a minibus. You share the ride with other passengers who have a similar route, helping to keep the number of cars and emissions low, without sacrificing comfort. How to book myBUS: 1) Register in the myBUS app. 2) Enter your starting point and your destination by entering the addresses, selecting them on the map or turning on your automatic positioning system (GPS). 3) Indicate how many people you are booking the trip for and whether you have a valid public transport subscription ticket. 4) The app then displays the final fare for your ride. To book myBUS, you must now confirm the suggested journey. 5) Follow the arrival of myBUS live via the app, go to the pick-up point in good time and let yourself be conveniently taken to your destination. Prices & Payment After you have entered your desired route, the myBUS app automatically calculates your fare. This is based on the VRR tariff and is calculated in linear distance. Hat spitzenmäßig funktioniert! Erstaunlich für die DVG. UI ist dagegen nicht nutzbar, man kann keine Daten ändern und muss immer alles neu eingeben. Avoid! *2024-08-23* No normal payment methods, a bus that never comes, a customer service that just goes into automatic voicemail. They also don’t say when (and if!!!!) the bus is going to arrive - therefore expect that it just doesn’t, had to call a taxi because of them.
