How we can navigate our child. As it’s not showing location of bus and we do not track our kids. It fails to provide accurate location information for student drop-offs and pickups, making it virtually useless for parents trying to monitor their children's transportation. The developer needs to go back to the drawing board and create a more functional and user-friendly app. It's disheartening to see that the Calgary education system is relying on such a substandard piece of app. It's time for a major overhaul.Please, take action and develop a better solution ### 1/5 — Glitchy and not accurate *2024-08-29, version 1.88* Even the sign-in wasn’t working I had to close and reopen the app 6X just to log-in. Half the time the bus doesn’t move and the ETA / delay communications are far and few between. Gets frustrating when you’re trying to track your little ones on the bus or trying to find out where the bus is so you’re not waiting for forever in the cold. The app desperately needs fixes and would be much appreciated by all parents having to use it. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-11-28, version 1.88* This is probably the worst outdated app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Unfortunately I don’t have much choice unless I want the kids to be standing at the bus stop all day when it’s been cancelled 🙄 Surely with today’s technology the bus company can do better? Not user friendly, dont have any options to add routes or do any change once registered. I added a route for my child, later on realised that its only morning route. Now i am unable to find any option to add the PM route. This app is beyond pathetic. Since it takes 1 minute for the bus location to refresh; in town the stops are so close together that the bus can hit multiple stops before the refresh. The minute countdown only seems to work when the app is open, if you close the app, or your phone blacks out, the timer restarts at 59s. Sooo annoying. It’s also just inaccurate in general. Bus location won’t refresh at all for a long time and then it skips 4 stops. I really wish they could make this more accurate and in real time. Or make the refresh time like 10 seconds max. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-10-09, version 1.88* Have never gotten the app to work. Tried on multiple devices and re-download. You have to register on the website first and input the current school year ID before you download the app to use it. Got that from the school. Had to select the routes I wanted to track on the website first and then the info shows in the app for the current school year. The tracker is about a minute delayed but it does refresh. Alerts are really useful too when a bus is delayed on a snow day or whenever. ### 5/5 — Actually works pretty well. *2020-10-01, version 1.86* The reason this app has so many security aspects to it is nobody wants a registered sex offender waiting to pick your kids up at the bus stop. So yeah, I get it’s a pain to get the codes, but basically the school is not going to hand them out to pedophiles. Which I like. Now a new driver and the bus is “parked” every day at Mount Royal. No reply from support when I asked them to update the tracker.
