At least it covers all operators but never seems to be exactly in sync with electronic displays at stops. ### 2/5 — Need updates more frequently *2022-03-21, version 2.4.4* Buses are not always updated especially when there are delays and major disruptions to the service. ### 2/5 — Poor *2022-03-03, version 2.4.4* Awkward to select any destination not already saved as one of “My Stops”. Far inferior to “Bus Checker”, so I’ll be deleting it. ### 2/5 — Used the app for the first time *2022-02-15, version 2.4.4* This is an oddly designed app. It seems to have missed the point of what we want. I want to find a bus between where I am and where I want to go. It’s really simple. Instead you show me buses that don’t stop anywhere near where I am. Also you seem to fixated with the work stop and the home stop. I don’t care about this. This is not what I am trying to do. In the end I gave up and used Google maps. Sorry, it needs a rewrite. ### 2/5 — Why don’t bus companies update cancelled services? *2021-09-17, version 2.4.4* It’s pretty useless when the bus companies don’t update the services they have cancelled. For example 16 & 17th September the X3 is running a highly reduced service but all the cancelled buses are still showing in your app. How is that helpful? Also please add the ability to rename, or to add a name, to the stops in “my stops”. It’s confusing when many stops have the same name in both directions. Unless you happen to know the difference between the 0500SCAMB007 and 0500SCAMB010 it’s confusing. If I could add “To Cambridge” and “From Cambridge” it’d be much clearer. ### 4/5 — Great app, accept when you can’t see where the buses are *2021-01-27, version 2.4.4* :) ### 2/5 — Not working *2019-10-29, version 2.2.0* I have been using this app for a year and found it very useful. However the last 2 days it has stopped working. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but still not working ### 4/5 — Incredibly useful app *2018-06-14, version 2.2.0* The app seems to have changed a lot looking at the reviews from years ago. You can locate your nearest stop and then view all the busses running from it with exact times. It’s incredibly useful for knowing when the busses are running late and for when you need to get to the stop for so you don’t miss your bus. The only faults I have with it is the loss of the update button when you’re viewing a bus route or timetable with the latest update. Please bring this back, it made it easier to see where the bus is in current time without having to come off the page and search for it again. Also when searching for a stop it never works so I have to search for a route instead and find the stop that way. Other than that, a great app which will definitely help with your travels :) ### 3/5 — Was ok... *2017-07-19, version 2.0.4* It seems that the map part of the app is frozen. Two buses have been lingering for 1 week at the bus stop on the map. The don't move and only exist virtually. The map no longer shows approaching buses... It was good though. ### 4/5 — Be careful of 'timed' buses that don't appear *2017-04-25, version 2.0.4* Sometimes the stop info will show some imminent buses as "15 mins" and others as timetable e.g. 07:15. Be warned the timetabled buses may not exist, juts the ones with "X mins" ### 4/5 — Very useful app but some flaws *2016-07-29, version 2.0.4* This is generally very useful but sometimes misleading. More than once, I have been waiting but not seen the bus listed. I worried that I might have missed a bus or perhaps it might have been cancelled - but it was just running late! As that was my main reason for using the app, that was annoying. My suggestion is that buses should remain in the list until they reach their destination. It might be acceptable to find them using the earlier button. The other thing I would like, especially in Cambridge is to be able to locate the nearest useful stop, I.e. the nearest one for a given destination (or service). It's good for locating stops but they are not all useful for one's journey. ### 4/5 — Like, the most useful app of all time. *2016-06-22, version 2.0.4* Been using this app for years now, pretty much the same information as you get on the electronic bus stop signs, but you can check them from the pub! Only wish the location of each bus was available, seems to only give me scheduled bus times at the moment. Nevertheless, still super handy! ### 4/5 — Mostly very reliable *2016-06-12, version 2.0.4* This is a very useful app that has lots of good features, and it is largely very reliable and tells me exactly where my bus is and when it will be arriving. Once or twice it has been incorrect or has stated that a bus won't be arriving and it has then turned up, but overall it's very handy and gets used everyday by me and friends. I would however say that a general update is needed in how it looks and navigation of the app as it sometimes can get a little tedious or confusing to use. ### 1/5 — Awful mess *2015-06-27, version 2.0.2* Still barely works. Does not localise search to area you are located. Why is it so complicated !!? ### 1/5 — Broken *2018-07-24, version 2.2.0* Seems thoroughly broken, even after a reinstall. “Nearest stop” finds nothing; “map view” shows stops if you zoom in far enough, but doesn’t give access to their data. “Search” finds stops, but then “view stop departures” comes back empty. Map view shows buses, but “view service progress” for the bus comes back empty. ### 1/5 — My bus stop *2018-07-24, version 2.2.0* This app seems to have stopped working. Not loading any information, just going round in circles- useless!
