Requested refund but that too with long procedure of filling out full account details rather than just simple upi payment they took from us. Still haven’t got my refund after 1 day… ### 5/5 — Grate service *2025-10-16* MYBYK provides an excellent cycle rental service. The process is smooth, the cycles are well-maintained, and the overall experience is very convenient and reliable. I gave it a try once again and currently I have requested refund of my wallet money and my request is put on hold for no reason and without any communication. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2025-03-28, version 12.0* Their app has a lot of bugs. When I ask for a refund, they don't give me the amount. It's been two weeks since I asked for a refund. They haven't been able to return my refund amount yet. The staff on the helpline answer as they see fit. I'm not a statistician on this app. ### 1/5 — Worst bike rental app ever *2025-02-15* No wonder this concept isn’t much of a hit because the way it works. They blocked my account within 4 hours as I was unable to return the bike on time. Instead of fining they just blocked my account which restricted to return my bike and later told me to pay ₹800 as a fine. And when I tried to chat with customer support, the unblock option isn’t available and the app crashes later. So basically it’s the worst app. They just want to dupe you out of your money anyhow. ### 1/5 — “Unfair Charges & Poor Support” *2025-01-29, version 11.9* “Terrible experience! Used a MYBYK for 5 minutes, parked it correctly, but the lock failed due to their technical issue. Followed their instructions, yet I was wrongly charged ₹400. Customer support was unhelpful and refused to resolve it. Every time you need to shoot video to end ride because their app saying you are away from hub ( though i am standing in hub) It will not burn your energy It will give you so much stress. No bicycles at hub *2024-04-18, version 11.3* No bicycles are there at hub… I have taken the subscription for 3 months (payment in advanced)… but you cannot utilize you subscription (in short your money is wasted) because there are no bicycles at the hub (90% of the time) I am talking with MYByk staff continuously regarding this issue since last 15 days, but the situation is as it is… no difference is seen in the no. of bicycles… To be more specific, this issue is not just for one hub, I have observed it at all the hubs which are around my location… JUST WASTE OF MONEY ### 1/5 — Very bad privacy practice *2024-03-19, version 11.0* They have very bad privacy practice in this app, if you take ride with their bicycle, your ride data and GPS data will automatically recorded without your permission, and they will share it.
