However, some colour combinations should be changed as it is sometimes difficult to lookup who had challenged with vision. Also, any change done by an investor needs to be highlighted properly so it’s easy to notice and track. Improving these areas would make the experience much better.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ### 2/5 — App ok But Arrogant call center executives *2026-03-06* Their call center will call you from unknown number to confirm redemption request. They are very arrogant. Zero professionalism. If you call and ask to connect to a senior for escalation, They have no team leader or seniors to resolve issues. Their email query handing team is totally different so no point in giving email query ticket number to call center ! Updated version seems to be ok, Though it depends on backend support systems synchronisation during heavy load/heavy traffic. There is one bug. When I select redemption without selecting the redemption type it is throwing a pop up message to select the type. This keeps popping up continuously even after clicking OK. Latest problem: I cannot even login. During login the app sent an OTP on my email, which when I enter on App it fails with Invalid OTP error every single time. But even for such a menial task, the app developers ensured to make the login process so frustrating that I seldom opened it. But we have to give it to the app developers for making sure that this app continues to be beyond pathetic and mediocre on a consistent basis. The developers have ensured to ignore all the feedback the customers have been giving since the launch is this app.! For the fellow users reading this, I just started using Scripbox and it’s absolutely wonderful MF aggregator!! I am a “Coin” app user, but never had a wholesome app which tracked my different MFs which I had invested in over the years. For the Cams team, continue with ur great work. It’s a matter of time that you will have to wrap up ur business. Pls remember that you aren’t a govt company. Get ur act together or the market will make you do it !! I have to pause at times while using as this does not provide any info of the scheme ie MFAll the homework to be done before investing in any of the schemes MF thru MyCams that to outside of Cams. I request the team to look into this and provide the required info for the customer about the MF.
