Login has been the worst experience ### 1/5 — App doesn’t open sometimes *2025-08-21* The app doesn’t open sometimes, and it’s really frustrating. It crashes randomly or just gets stuck on the loading screen. I expected it to be more reliable, but instead it wastes time. Needs a lot of improvement. ### 1/5 — Useless aap *2024-07-30* Its funny that in college we learn how to build an aap but here it is the most useless aap made for college students always bugging and crashing cannot even apply for leave from this aap total useless aap it is .I still dont know what is the purpose of this aap its total waste of storage ### 1/5 — Attachment’s don’t open, Notifications don’t show up *2024-05-27* To depend on this app for important and or school notifications is fallacy. The PDF attachments in Messages/Announcements don’t open most of the times and only a rare message’s attachment opens, that too when tapped on some mysterious exact spot on the attachment icon. And the push Notifications don’t work, they never pop up. I have enabled all notifications and background refresh etc etc for this app and my iPhone X running the latest 16.5 iOS is working perfectly, the app is just completely unreliable. ### 1/5 — Worst app in iOS *2023-11-30* Seems recently there are some updates in iOS platforms, after which messages section missing in the app and no school communication can be seen. There is a holiday notification today from school due to rain, but we did not know and waiting in the pickup point for the bus ### 1/5 — No button or way to go back *2023-11-07* Unable to go back to home screen after opening a PDF or Receipt. Have to restart the app every-time you open a receipt. Attachments are not opening in iOS. The UI itself is very frustrating and not aligned for the mobile phone. I don’t know how they can release with pathetic testing. After few days I got a mail on this and I installed it and opened and signed in and it worked for me. It’s an awesome app. You can speak with y ur institution to add this as a communication line between your parents and teachers. At last it’s an awesome app with great features. When a newly added assignment has a due date before an older assignment, it is listed in between instead of at the top making it difficult to identify which is the latest notification.
