Took ₹8,000, gave a broken app, and ghosted me for 3 years. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 (Would give 0 stars if I could) Do NOT waste a single rupee on MyCaptain. This platform is an absolute scam that takes your hard-earned money and completely vanishes once the payment is processed. I paid ₹8,000 to access their courses, which is a significant amount of money. From day one, I couldn't use the platform even once because of severe technical issues and bugs in their application. It has now been 2 to 3 YEARS of me constantly reaching out to them via emails, support tickets, and every possible channel. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent—no response, no support, just complete radio silence while they sit on my money. ### 1/5 — Extremely bad app *2022-04-05* Can’t even finish one chapter without opening and closing it a million times as it gets stuck in the middle. So many glitches. Such a bad experience using it. ### 3/5 — My opinion *2025-05-15* The courses on MyCaptain are truly versatile and informative. I am enjoying doing my first course on Clinical Psychology through them . The facilitators and The captain are really sweet and constantly respond and help us out with our queries . The only problem however is with the TASKS in the app. The whole process of posting a task is really tedious , as sometimes the task is not visible and only a blank screen can be seen . The other issue with this is that we can ONLY upload a single image . So uploading more than one page of your task is impossible and sometimes you cant select the file to upload either. I really hope these bugs can be fixed and that uploading more than one image is possible. I am about to finish my Photography session, and the Captain Sarshar Sayyed was the best choice, along with that Kayant our photography facilitator was super helpful and available instantly for us and helped us resolve any problem in just no time.
