Control any of your vehicles securely. Remote Start/Stop your engine, control your vehicle doorlocks and GPS locate your vehicle from your Apple Watch using the MYCAR™ watch app. Download the smartphone app and the watch app will automatically download onto your Apple watch. In order to use the MYCAR™ App, it will require a connection to the internet via cellular or WiFi.

Good luck with this app and service for reporting any issues. They may get back to you in a week and there is no way to report a problem on the app without getting an error.

I’ve never had an issue with this car starter app... Maybe because I had an after market remote starter installed but it’s worked great for the last 5 years for me. Just renewed again!

Trying to renew the subscription and it keeps declining my cards. All of them. Tried to log in via web browser and it gets stuck on the login page. In the middle of the coldest week so far. Just great.

The app is so unreliable, it works when it wants to, the doors are locked and the app shows it as open and when the remote start is operated, it won’t work. Tried contacting the help desk, they adviced to disconnect negative terminal of battery and reconnect after 2-5 mins, then try to log in the app after 10 minutes, doesn’t work….such a pain

This is truly the worst app I’ve ever used and do not recommend. The first year I had it, it would hardly ever work to start my car the app just freezes. I emailed them and they updated something and it worked fine for a few months. But I’ve noticed every time I start my car it honks which is at 5am.. and struggles to start the car when it’s not even that cold out. There have also been many times it just unlocks my doors!! Which is a huge safety concern. I hate this app and I never would have purchased it if I would have know how awful it is.
