I’ve had this app on my phone for several years and the most recent version released has really improved the ease of use. Love how I can not only file and track my claims, but also message my claim rep and upload documents. I recently tried the glovebox feature and found it very helpful. I took a picture of my license plate and stored it in the glovebox for those random times when I need to know my plate number but can’t remember what it is. Overall very pleased with the new functions and interface.

The app crashes constantly (I tried to add a second picture) and at one point didn't show my claim; I reset password and logged out and in again and then it worked. Needs serious work. Response from MyCar very fast, however; thanks!
