Love how I can not only file and track my claims, but also message my claim rep and upload documents. I recently tried the glovebox feature and found it very helpful. I took a picture of my license plate and stored it in the glovebox for those random times when I need to know my plate number but can’t remember what it is. Overall very pleased with the new functions and interface. ### 2/5 — Great intentions but below average quality *2022-03-14* I would give this app at least 4 stars but it has not been updated to work seamlessly with any recent iOS update, and does not send any push notifications to the device when claims are updated or messages are sent. Then all your info is saved in one place if you need it later at the repair shop. ### 5/5 — What a time saver *2017-06-28* I used this app to file a windshield repair claim. I filed it and in less than 3 minutes an adjuster sent me a question about how it happened. Then three minutes later a guy from Satellite Autoglass called to schedule the appointment. I had the repair appointment scheduled even before I got the email from MAG telling that my claim was authorized. How cool is that!! I wish every service business had an app that was this easy to use to call for help/service. ### 1/5 — Freaky app *2017-06-13* This app is not working on my I phone 7+ it only work the very first time now the screen is locked I have deleted it and reinstalled it when I press the button to sign in the screen is locked it says fetching data then returns back to the sign on screen but I can I get into my file.... the irony is I call the 800 number for Maximus group and it tells me to download the app!!!!! very very frustrating and sad!!!!! how do I get around this!!! ### 5/5 — Great Service *2017-01-26, version 2.1* Nobody wants a flat tire. I was super depressed when my brand new 17 Corvette front tire had gotten a screw in the sidewall of the runflat tire. My warranty instructions were clear. The claim MyCar app is easy to use. Was able to easily communicate with warranty company. Says please wait then goes back to screen, no error message, nothing. Useless. Guess I will call. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2024-12-26, version 3.2.0* This app never works on time and Maximus Auto Group doesn’t honor claims even when your contract is active. Now when I try to log back in it indicates it is fetching data then returns to the sign on page where the email address and password fields just flash. Have deleted the app restarted my phone disabled and reenabled alerts nothing works-cannot log back in. I am using an iPhone 7. Annoyed that I paid money for this service and can’t even use they app!!!! ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2018-06-17* I was told on June 11th that my claim had been approved. It is now the 16th and still have not received a call from anybody. Everybody I talk acts like I don’t know what I’m talking about.
