Problem is, how do I remove the searches I am no longer interested in? ### 1/5 — THEY RUINED IT!!! WHY? *2020-11-14, version 6.3.99* I use to use this app every single day (I’m a car Trader) now the main and only purpose of this app is completely gone, and all the money I’ve spent on getting HPI checks for my previous & current cars has all completely gone, not sure why this is but seems as its just shut down also when I type in the reg & click “Free” nothings happening so even now after it redirects you to crap web browser its not working so totally unusable... absolutely pointless, deleted the app. ### 1/5 — New version shocking *2020-11-14, version 6.3.99* I’ve used this app for years. The new updated one is shocking. Can’t log in, tried over and just keeps sending an email. Can’t find out anything about a car without paying now. Deleted ### 1/5 — Was great - now truly awful *2020-11-14, version 6.3.99* Had this app for years and found it really helpful , well priced ‘full’ HPI checks, user friendly and stored all previous searches. You now have to login and get an email link for every search - complete waste of time and now far more user friendly apps to do the same thing. Well done on ruining a great app in the name of progress. New update blocked everything & apparently you can’t even get the vehicle details without paying. The facelift S8 has 355bhp (or 360ps). Also, it doesn’t update the MOT info on an existing car check in my garage. I have to type the number plate in again. ### 1/5 — Wasted Money *2020-10-13, version 6.3.14* Paid good money for this app and since the last update it no longer works. Money completely wasted. And don’t get me started on the amount of times I’ve had to re-register all my details for this app because every time I try to login it doesn’t recognise any of my details. Where’s all my history gone...again? Last year you deleted it all and thankfully gave a means to retrieve it. I’ve been logged out of the app, went to log back in and found all my history deleted. Do not use this app it’s a scam ### 1/5 — wrong report *2024-12-13, version 7.0.3* I used this app to check a car I was interested in purchasing, and their report falsely indicated that the car was under finance. Concerned, I paid another company for a verification check, which confirmed there was no finance pending on the car. This experience was extremely disappointing. A wrong report like this can significantly impact your buying decision and cause unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this app. It provided inaccurate information and turned out to be a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Unable to sign in *2024-06-23, version 7.0.3* When trying to sign in to the app it’s supposed to send you an email with a code. Really loved this app but now you have to use the website and it’s like a primary school kid has designed it. Why is this app even on the AppStore when it says use the website. The app takes you to a website where you have to log in, the search history is gone. What was once a great app is now pathetic. The old case of, if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it applies here. ### 1/5 — It used to be good *2020-11-14, version 6.3.99* This app was good until they decided to stop it from working whilst they work on a new app. Now my purchased hpi checks are no longer available on the app. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — What’s Happened ? *2020-11-14, version 6.3.99* Used to love this app but now it’s a never ending loop of logging in with email, then clicking the link in the email then back to being sent another email and so on until I want to throw my phone at a wall. Never get to any screen that lets me see the details I used to see for free. Looks like it’s pay up or get frustrated with a never ending loop of getting nowhere if you want to keep it free. Very disappointed in this latest so called upgrade.
