The app continues to crash. You login, the it logs you out straight away advising it’s logged you out for your security. 
I’m not sure how I’m supposed to read my statements etc. 
NAB/MyCard have stripped everything good away from what was a really great CitiBank product.

I have to call to dispute a transaction of $9 after going through so many people asking for more information which is fine, but the questions are like what’s the latest transaction from my bank statement from which specific date to know it was me. Also, you can’t have a temporary card number to use online. Go for other bankz

Without fail, every time I log in it immediately logs me out and I have to login again. Biometrics also rarely work.

App is unstable - goes into endless loop logging you out and re-logging in. Latest version as no new updates available. Only have MyCard as previous bank sold business- will now look for new bank as this Is unusable

Absolute trash, statements don’t work on the website, forcing me to download and use this. It is utterly broken, with sections missing at times, and at other times it’s all there. 

There should be laws against not having statements available via the website, particularly when they aren’t emailed. When they’re tapped, nothing happens.

What kind of UAT happens with this? I’m guessing dev gets pushed through to prod as long as it compiles without errors, whatever team developed this really should be ashamed.

And using SMS as the only 2FA solution, when it’s unreliable, can be read on most phones when locked, and there are reports of people having their number ported away to a new SIM without their authorisation, is an absolute disaster.

Whilst not wanting to do my banking on my phone…I was forced to use the MyCard app. Whilst a pain…at least it worked until recently- now im unable to access my account!! Never had this problem with Citibank!’
