This has been going on for months and support basically says be happy that I can at least still use the website. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-12-31, version 24.1.0* I’ve recently started using this app because the website was not working as it should. This app is absolutely terrible, if I try paying off my balance, sometimes it’ll say I can’t even though the website doesn’t work which is absurd. Don’t even get me started on the autopay, I’ve tried numerous different actions to try to set up auto pay and it always comes up with errors. It seems as though half of the functions of the app don’t even work the way they should, if at all possible I would stay the hell away from this app and it’s website counterpart. ### 1/5 — This app needs to be pulled off the web sites it on. *2025-12-26, version 24.1.0* This APP is terrible. I worked as a IT Manager for a bank that has a web app. It would have never been put out for public use until it was fully functional. Your app doesn’t cut it. I got into it today, 12/26/25, got it setup for my wife. Showed her how to login with it and its features. Then I logged out, closed the app, and took it out of memory. Had her try to get into the app, when the app comes up it has a white screen with a circle going round and round. We waited 15 minutes and the app never came up. We have excellent internet service and do not have any problems with other apps. Pull the app and send it back to the developers have them fix it and test it with dummy accounts. Once they’re satisfied they’ve fix the problems and are ready for you to have it, then get people in your organization, people who want to help fix it. Once they have it have them test it for a minimum of 3 weeks. I’m sure you may have customers who may want to help too. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-12-09, version 24.1.0* I am going to agree with the previous remark. You can not sign in. I contact customer service and they say that it’s my connection, but it must be everyone else’s connection too. I worked in the card department before conversion so I know the frustration people have with this app. I still get calls about it. All having the same message pop up. Delete and reinstall were told… it didn’t work. ### 1/5 — Beware *2025-11-29, version 24.1.0* Account hacked immediately after registering card. ### 1/5 — Missing & incorrect transaction records *2025-08-23, version 24.1.0* The app shows at least one charge that was incorrectly tagged under a different merchant which makes reconciliation near impossible. There are also transactions from the statement that do not appear on this app’s transaction list. ### 1/5 — Broken for weeks with no timeline for repair *2025-07-08, version 1.5.5* I am new to using this app and couldn't get my card registered. When I called customer service, they said the app has been broken for 2 weeks and they have no timeline for when it will be repaired. There is no formal plan to notify customers when the app is fixed so they can log back in. I love the card I have but the app needs to be fixed in a timely manner. Having digital access to credit information and payments is a pretty important feature in our modern world. ### 1/5 — Unable to make payments *2025-06-26, version 1.5.5* I’ve been trying to make a payment for 3 days, and it keeps popping up a message to check my connection or that the server is down. How am I supposed to pay my bill? Also, I’ve emailed support and haven’t received a response. It’s been over 24 hours. Do not recommend. -5 stars ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-06-23, version 1.5.5* Constantly crashes whenever I try to simply open it. Will work sometimes if I uninstall and install but that’s an inconvenience. ### 1/5 — Unable to pay bill! *2025-06-20, version 1.5.5* This app is awful. I am unable to make any payments and will be canceling my credit card ASAP.
