Meanwhile I have no issues logging into their website. The customer service people will refer you to the bank and the bank will refer you to customer service….lol. ### 1/5 — No permission *2025-07-14, version 1.3.1* This app tells me I do not have permission to mobile log in. Sheesh. ### 1/5 — Robert *2025-06-28, version 1.3.1* App will not accept any information. Says I don’t have permission to use. The whole “MyCard” system has been down and useless for weeks. ### 1/5 — GARBAGE *2025-04-17, version 1.2.2* I’ve spent so much time trying to contact support about the app, but the website support team won’t help. The app and the website aren’t connected, so you have to create a separate account—but that’s not even the worst part. Like, for ten straight minutes before I give up. Their website gives me the same issue EVERY TIME. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, I have tried to update, I have done everything I can think to do. Do yourself a favor and get a credit card with a different app and website tied to it.
