Every time I try to log on it says I’m not allowed to log into mobile?? Meanwhile I have no issues logging into their website. The customer service people will refer you to the bank and the bank will refer you to customer service….lol.

App will not accept any information. Says I don’t have permission to use. The whole “MyCard” system has been down and useless for weeks.

I’ve spent so much time trying to contact support about the app, but the website support team won’t help.

The app and the website aren’t connected, so you have to create a separate account—but that’s not even the worst part. The website won’t load at all.

This app takes ten years to load and even when you give it 15 minutes it still won’t let you enroll and you can’t login into the app either.

I have tried many times to enroll but whenever I enter the card number and click to continue, the app “loads” endlessly. Like, for ten straight minutes before I give up. Their website gives me the same issue EVERY TIME. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, I have tried to update, I have done everything I can think to do. Do yourself a favor and get a credit card with a different app and website tied to it. I run into constant issues with this one.

I downloaded this app in hopes of having ease of access to my credit card account. However, when I entered in my username and password, it said, “You do not have permission to login on mobile device.”
