I keep getting notifications but when I try to open its empty and I can’t see my kids profile. My husband works in IT and he also said it’s definitely not user friendly! To many bugs. Even previously I couldn’t load videos or more files about my child’s behaviour- so how would provide staff will know of my concerns of my child ? Honestly very disappointed in the app and how provide actually made this app live. Way to many bugs from parents side - also my nursery has troubles with it ! Not user friendly !
