Which is more than I can say for this app. Pros: The ability to be able to reach out to any of the physicians via message. Documentation available for review. Cons: When trying to view any of the available documents, it won't let me back out anywhere. I have to restart the app. You can't edit any of them either. I accidentally hit "No" on "Use facial recognition". When going into the settings, there's no feature to turn it on/off. The only advanced setting is to delete your account. Personally, I think the app was thrown together for a cheap way for offices to use something. I can almost guarantee this is one of those "you get what you pay for" apps. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2020-04-06* Need to use this for my telemedicine with doctor. A total waste of time Pjk ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-01-06, version 0.9.295* Login works on the computer, not on the phone app. ### 1/5 — The app fails to submit forms it makes me sign *2019-10-25* My doc started using this so I need to sign forms. I’m shown a nice list of forms. But when I read and sign any of them I get an http failure (500 Internal Server Error). And this is just an iPhone app so anyone on an ipad with keyboard will have to turn your head 90 degrees to try to use it. It’s 2019: apps like that should be removed from the App Store. I think I need to find a new doc if he’s going to insist on using this junk. ### 1/5 — Wastes patients time *2019-06-27* This app is awful. It takes more time to fill out forms than with pen and paper. The app then doesn’t allow you to save with vague errors with no directions on how to fix them. It’s clearly a wrapper around a web app so it feels like a poorly written and designed web app. ### 2/5 — Intermittent *2019-06-25* Sometimes it works sometimes not. One time I was able to use it. Now Doctor’s office tells me there is info to check on the app. I go back - nothing. All blank... ### 2/5 — No Face ID. Poor login *2019-01-20* No biometric Authentication. You have to put your password in every time. Couldn’t get LastPass to work either. Pray your healthcare isn’t this bad *2022-03-29, version 0.9.532* I would love to give this app a more thorough review. But I can’t log in. Keeps telling me I need a valid username and password. I can log in via a mobile browser. I can log in from my desktop. I validated that the user name and passwords were the same in all platforms. Nope. Mobile app just keeps staring at me telling me I have to enter a username and password. If your doctor’s care were as bad as this app, you would live barely a week. Maybe doctors should think about what it says about their practice before they decide to go with this platform. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2022-03-16, version 0.9.532* The system does not work consistently as it is intended too. ### 1/5 — Used to work *2021-12-13, version 0.9.525* I used to use this all the time and it worked pretty well. Now it won’t let me log in and says “need username and password” even though I entered them. See just trying to leave this message and you have to leave a nickname and if it’s taken, try again. You can’t leave it blank! Or did I choose the wrong app the first time? Two apps with very similar names are in the App store! Seriously? Check the market before naming then posting an app. Geez! There is no option for adding secondary insurance provider information. No option to review forms after submission. update prescriptions, medical history, or add physicians as care needs change. Wow! Gives me the opportunity to use the screen reader to read the questions and I can sign my forms before I get to the office while allowing me to pay my co-pays. ### 5/5 — CT *2021-09-16* Davis was an amazing help while setting up this app. His patience was very appreciated. When I went to profile dialog and saw I could change my username, email, phone# but not my password I thought about writing a poor review.
