(Just force-restarted my iPhone to stop a re-sync that had been running for over an hour, consuming 10% of my battery.) Second: The monthly forced re-activation by SMS-code is ANNOYING. When I’m walking into a hearing with my iPad and without my iPhone (because I don’t need my iPhone since I have my iPad) but I can’t access my data because I can’t get a SMS on my iPad, I have a HUGE problem. Having an app is POINTLESS if I can’t actually get access to the data I NEED when I need it. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-03-24* It may legitimately be the worst app ever created. Constantly the app forces you to login and has to sync, which makes no sense why it has to do that and it will legitimately take hours sometimes to do that. It’s so bad that I cannot use it when I’m not in front of a computer. It might be the worst application ever created because it does not work, it is the opposite of intuitive, and looking at the reviews. It’s like they don’t even care to fix it. It’s kind of a pretty big glaring issue that they may want to fix if they want to have people leave Clio and other services for them. ### 1/5 — This app is still awful *2026-01-02* This app can be handy to quickly get to some of your information, but for some reason they have it hobbled where you can’t see a lot of important information about your case. ### 2/5 — Completely different from web version *2025-11-14* I like the simplicity of the MyCase. However, there are functions that works differently on the app or not available at all. I observed that certain functions are disorganized on the web app too. There are two ways to open messages and each of those work differently, as an example. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-06-06, version 4.3.19* Downloaded the app and can’t even create an account. Went to App Support and can’t even contact them for support. ### 1/5 — Not functional - needs work *2025-05-23, version 4.3.19* It is easy to use to enter quick time entries but app needs a major upgrade. Would be awesome if you could post payments & view bills. And set up files with originating and lead attorney. ### 1/5 — Exceptionally useless *2025-05-15, version 4.3.19* Anything I need to have quick access to through an app, this doesn’t do. Nor does it let me see anything I would need remotely. Completely defeats its purpose ### 1/5 — App Crashes Constantly *2025-04-28* Desktop works fine, but the app has two serious issues. 1. The app, whether on my iPhone or iPad iPad, crashes at least once a week. As a criminal defense attorney, I rely on the apps every day when I am in court, and it is excruciatingly frustrating to have it crash in the middle of a hearing or discussions with a prosecutor. No other app I have ever used crashed as much as this one. Please, please address this issue. 2. The client search feature in the app does not always work. I type in the clients first or last name and half the time it does not come up. This is just as frustrating of having the app crash because it renders the app useless if I can’t find my clients profile to write notes or view documents, etc. ### 2/5 — Current Customer-frustrated with App! *2025-04-02* I’ve been using MyCase to manage my files, etc. for my practice for 4 years now and it’s a service I am pleased with, with one notable exception. The App. I am waiting for a family member in an appointment and needed to call a client on a pressing issue, but simply cannot login at all. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, still no luck. I’ve changed my password twice, and I got sent to a 404 error page twice. This is hurting my practice and making me think about other options. Since then it either will not load any information or just outright crashes upon launch.
