At the completion of the event we initiated a refund 3 months later we are still waiting for our 105 dollar refund. Support has been absolutely awful to work with. Their customer service team has ignored questions and deflected back to the event organizers. This has simply been the worst 3rd party interactions my wife and I have ever had. We would report them to the BBB bureau but we cannot. We are looking into our bank to file a fraudulent charge as they will Not refund our money. Que decepción! ### 1/5 — ME ROBARON *2024-01-12, version 2.0.51* La utilicé una vez sin ningún problema, hubo una actualización y se perdió todo el dinero que le había puesto, en el lugar donde la descargué no había nadie que respondiera por ello. ### 1/5 — Estafa *2024-01-08, version 2.0.51* Indican que van a dar 1 token al recargar y no dieron nada ### 4/5 — Puede mejorar *2023-12-07, version 2.0.47* Revisen el tema de la mecánica de uso para pagar en el estadio, te tienen que leer el QR, luego tú tienes que leer el QR del comerciante y después el comerciante te tiene que leer otro QR, esto lo hace bastante impractico, hagan que solamente se necesite una vez escanear, fuera de eso está muy práctico para no cargar la tarjeta ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2026-05-13* I was forced to download this app for a music festival when the credit card readers went down. I paid $50 for drinks. The vendor insisted it didn’t go through on their end even though the amount was deducted from my balance. I had to pay again to be able to leave. I still have not received funds back. ### 1/5 — Worst festival experience *2026-05-03* This app is the absolute worst way I can think to pay at events. Every transaction requires multiple phone handoffs between the vendor and customers (3 QR code scans IF it worked on the first try which was rare). The lines were always so long because of this app. They charge a service fee to reload and the information on how to request a refund at the end of the event was unclear and they make so much money from the difficulty around that. ### 1/5 — Slow, useless *2026-05-03* Scan three times to pay for one item. And good luck working out getting any money back if you have an outstanding balance. Middle man app to steal your money. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this !! *2026-04-22* I used this app at two different events, and both times it was a horrible experience. The app was either extremely slow, making lines move much slower than the lines using other payment methods, or it became useless because there was no signal at the event to add money to the app. This creates a situation where you can lose access to the money you added. If you do not have enough balance to pay for something, you cannot combine two payment methods at a festival. Then if there is no service to top up the app, the money already loaded becomes useless and you are forced to go figure out another payment method anyway, such as getting the bracelet or whatever else is available. The app says you can request a refund, but that was another problem. It allowed me to add money using an American bank account, but when I tried to request a refund for the unused balance, it would only allow a refund to a Mexican bank account because the event was in Mexico. My recommendation is simple. Do not waste your time or your money. Use the other payment methods available at the event instead. ### 1/5 — Scam you out of money *2026-02-06* Very conveniently they take your cash at events and make it a pain to get it back, the app no longer recognizes the event i went to ### 1/5 — So slow *2026-02-06* It’s just so damn slow. ### 1/5 — Abuso que se queden con mi dinero hasta rondín de la temporada *2025-12-11, version 2.0.91* Me parece un abuso que tenga que depositar dinero y no me lo regresen hasta el final de la temporada. Y que para recargar tenga que ir al booth. Muchos pasos para el registro y poco práctica, el costo forzoso por servicio más el cobro del vaso en el evento bien pueden evitarse pagando con wallet. Solo beneficia al organizador y a la plataforma, la cual se quedó 130 pesos de mi solicitud de reembolso de 370 sin derecho a reclamo.
