I found the App to be buggy and never could get it show my digital vaccine record. This meant I could not attend a show at the Kennedy Center today, as I could prove I was vaccinated. Wished I could this app a zero star rating. Don’t waste your money! ### 1/5 — Horrible Program *2022-03-10, version 2.0.8* I need to use this app for my nursing program so I downloaded the mobile app to upload the required documents. However, the app crashes every time I try to upload the document and when I try to log back in the app tells me my passcode is incorrect. ### 1/5 — Creators should be embarrassed *2022-03-02, version 2.0.8* The website runs as if it was coded by a 4th grader in the year 2003. Customer service is nonexistent, at this point I’d rather it just be bad. If you have ANY other company to chose from, choose them. The 400+ one star reviews speak for themselves. Don’t try to “save money” with this company because it takes around 45 minutes to upload a SINGLE pdf, and that’s if it actually will upload. I’ve been trying for a week and collective spent four hours trying to upload a ONE page PDF. What you may save in money you WILL pay 4 fold in your time. The coders of this website should be embarrassed. ### 1/5 — Need Major Updating *2022-02-23, version 2.0.8* I’m currently using this program through my college and nursing program, and wow the app needs some major updates. I agree with other users where it needs to be faster, but also needs to be updated for the current mobile devices. It’s needs a cleaner and sleeker design than it currently has, also it hurts my eyes to use the mobile app so I usually stick with using Safari to open the website when not on my laptop. Can’t upload anything on my app, keeps kicking me out. When it decides to work on my computer it takes 5 minutes to actually upload my documents. ### 1/5 — Hope you have a lot of free time and patience *2022-01-22, version 2.0.8* We were mandated to utilize this app for nursing school. I am not exaggerating when I say it took 13-25 minutes per page to upload. Days! It took me multiple days to upload every. single. piece. of. paper. Vaccinations, one vax and one page at a time. All of them. Physical. All 5 pages. One at a time. Background check. So many things. The app is terrible. It kicks you off after you waited the infinity to log on. The ONLY good thing about the app is that I am able to forward these docs as I’m applying for reciprocity or jobs. They can’t read and decline things without actually looking at what they have declined, then make it impossible to reach a human to talk to. They are designed to take your money and provide exceptionally bad service to students. We pay so much money for the system for it to always shut down and not work properly. Nursing students would greatly appreciate a better app and website. My castle brand Gives me major anxiety of being dropped out of the program . ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2021-12-31, version 2.0.8* I am in school and they switched to this program about 6 months ago for our required documents and I wish they would go back to verified credentials! The website is IMPOSSIBLE and the errors are constant, this app is no better and frequently fails the document upload process or just kicks you out of the app and does nothing. I am using the app because the website will only pull up greyed out on all of my desktops and other devices. The app was recommended and it has done no good. I have missed my school registration and possibly the entire quarter because of this awful website and app. FIX IT! It crashes. It’s interface is unusable. The app is essentially worthless, not dissimilar to castle branch itself. It’s hilarious to think that the hour (maybe two) that this company put into app development has resulted in thousands of wasted hours collectively by anyone who has ever tried to use this app secondary to being forced into doing any kind of business with castle branch. This app is a sad joke. ### 1/5 — No updates in 3 years!? *2021-09-28, version 2.0.8* This app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and it shows! Everything takes forever to process in the app and connection to the service is constantly dropped. There really is no point in this app, so much so that even the developers don’t see the point in it given it has not been updated in three years (bad sign). Save yourself the frustration and storage space and just go to the website. The app is old and utter useless. ### 1/5 — How is this still in the app store? *2021-08-24, version 2.0.8* This app is so bad. I can’t check my documents (covid-19 vaccine record) because it keeps loading and then the app closes and says that it timed out. I have been trying to close and open, turn off and on phone, and it just doesn’t work. I been trying this for about a month now and its the same result. This app isn’t broken, its more like nonexistent. You’re lucky if your documents and to-do lists actually load. Uploading documents is impossible. Their web portal is outdated by 20 years, they have zero customer service, this app is horrible, and their mobile web version is broken. His attitude was unprofessional & nasty. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. I should have asked to speak to the supervisor but they probably would have been the same or worse. Horrible company and my school could have chosen a company. ### 1/5 — Do not use this company *2021-03-25, version 2.0.8* One of the worst most infuriating companies I’ve ever worked with. They consistently have system so slow that in between each click I completing other tasks while waiting for the screen to load. This happens on my phone laptop and hardwired computers. This makes submitting even a single document a 30-45 min experience. They have on multiple occasions rejected screen shots and photos for being unreadable despite my school and other people agreeing that the photos were fine. Their pdf upload function doesn’t work meaning that when I upload PDFs it scrambles the text and makes it worthless. I have had so much frustration being forced to deal with this worthless company. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR EMPLOYEES OR STUDENTS TO THIS POORLY RUN FAILURE OF A COMPANY. ### 1/5 — Mobile app doesn’t actually function *2020-12-10, version 2.0.8* Every time I go to upload a file, it times out within seconds, making it useless. The last update was 2 years ago, so clearly the company does not actually gaf. They know students are forced to use and pay for their products, and are unwilling to make it functional. ### 1/5 — Falling behind times *2020-10-06, version 2.0.8* I’m using this very glitchy/buggy app cannot submit anything, I have a deadline for important documents and I am simply unable to do so. When using this I feel like I am back in time, you could almost hear the fax machine sound in your head while using this. Logging into the app is horrible it kicks you out of the app makes you resign in. I go on to the website to see if I can go into documents forget it it freezes up and I have to log in again. The worst site and app to use not sure why my school has chosen this company but they should really look into going with another company. ### 1/5 — Most poorly made app I have ever used *2023-05-17* This app has several major problems and flaws. I wish my school was not using this app to verify records because there are so many problems and you can’t access online help. When you try and get help nothing happens and the page just spins saying retrieving online help but times out and closes the app out. CastleBranch needs to hire actual programmers and coders to make this app functional. The clinical site that I will be placed at is already my employer and I have to pay for another background check?? Are you kidding me?!?! This site is a joke and the institutions should stop taking my money if they can’t figure out my immunization status and whether or not I’m a criminal ### 1/5 — Girl please do not download *2023-01-11, version 2.0.8* Now I’ve never written a review before, but this is the worst app I’ve ever used. First off it looks like it was made with an iPhone 4. Nothing ever loads. It takes a million years and then gives you an error message and makes you start all over again. DO NOT waste your time in this app. Trust me just go on your laptop and use the browser it will save you so much time and sanity!! ### 1/5 — First time reviewing an app because it’s so bad *2022-11-09, version 2.0.8* I have never reviewed an app before but I decided to for this one because of how atrocious it is. First off, the website is hardly any better. It’s clunky, slow, and the navigation is not user friendly. This app is all of that but pretty much non functional. Half the stuff doesn’t load to begin with. It looks like it’s formatted for windows XP. The aspect ratio is completely off as well. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever downloaded *2022-07-31, version 2.0.8* I have to use this app for submitting documents for nursing school, and it is the most inconvenient program I have ever used. Considering most of the time I can’t even submit a document without the app failing… as well as documents taking forever to be uploaded and checked off. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2022-07-20, version 2.0.8* I have been fighting with this service for the second year in a row and it has been so horrendously bad. The app looks like it was last updated in 2010 given the format and it is not easy by any means to upload your requirements, making life even more stressful when you have deadlines. Constant “connection errors”, customer service that you can never actually talk to after waiting on the phone for over an hour, and pages meant to help you that can load and load and never actually display documents. I would sooner eat glass, count every blade of grass on this planet, nail jelly to a wall, than have to use this app. Unfortunately, my university believes this is the ideal service to use and I will be stuck with it for years to come. I sincerely hope Castlebranch plans on improving their next to useless system. Customer service is worthless when it comes to needing help. All around terrible ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly Bad App *2022-05-30, version 2.0.8* I had to pay about 150 dollars to even use this platform as required by my university. It is the most lazy document uploading service I have ever seen. The interface looks like it was designed for an iphone 3. I can’t upload anything from my phone without the app crashing. Documents randomly get rejected. There are sometimes not even links to click on to submit documents. Terrible excuse for an app, and a horrendous cash grab. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Perfect! *2018-04-27, version 2.0.8* I don’t see what the issue is. There’s - knock on wood - nothing wrong with this app! It does what I need it to do, which is check my To-Do List. I haven’t uploaded any documents using this app, as I use my computer, but it is up-to-date. I recommend the app to anyone who just wants to use it for convenience if they don’t have their laptop in hand. ### 4/5 — Easy To Use And Access *2021-01-26, version 2.0.8* This app works well to track document progress and keep everything in one place. It’s great to know that all of my clearances are stored in the same place, securely. It’s very easy to have documents sent directly from this interface or pdf a dossier for personal backup or to send to an employer/potential employer. I did have to call customer service to confirm that my submission was complete—the representative was very helpful and courteous on the phone. I prefer to have these documents with sensitive information stored securely and available on an as-needed basis than rattling around in a campus filing cabinet. ### 4/5 — Outdated but Not Pending Update *2020-01-10, version 2.0.8* App says it’s out of date and can not be used. It says it requires an update. However, when you click on it and it launches the App Store, there is no later version of this! This app is really convenient when it works. However, my program is requiring us to upload some further documentation and I have to log on to my computer to do so now. Wish they would update the app so it’s usable on the mobile platform again. Otherwise, I’ve had no problem or issues with this app or company. But it was super easy I logged in and was able to upload my files because it wasn’t uploading on my computer.
