App is glitchy, cumbersome and dated. Should include a scannable feature for factor, like MyFitnessPal does with food entries and bar codes. Customer ‘service’ provides little to no direction and when given criticism, is met with hostility. Can’t believe McMaster U was payed money for this product. Shameful waste of resources.

After doing update everything is in French. Will chart factor log manually until fixed.

Considering it is managed by a university, this app is glitchy and has an outdated user interface. An update would be greatly appreciated

None of the entries I make are showing in the list. App seems broken after updating.

Did yesterday’s update and now it opens in French and when I attempt to login it says I still need to update despite having updated to the latest version.  Just for info as I hope this can be fixed soon.
