It just keeps looping back to the same agreement. It loops back to the Decline/Accept screen over and over. Worthless as currently released. How inconsiderate can organization has be to their users to pay no attention to user feedback? (3) Mobile pass was a privately developed application that worked perfectly well two years ago. What does CBP do? They disallowed it and all private apps? How poor planner an organization has to be to disallow something that is working only to replace it with completely broken app? Continued loop trying to login from the app to the website or however that works. Wanted to authenticate me against my login.gov account (which is current). Jumped through the authentication hoops and it just stays at the T&C screen waiting for me to Accept (or Decline)… again. Tried again. Same thing. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same thing. Login.gov shows that it’s connected to the myCBP app. It just doesn’t work. Can only use as Guest. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone *2025-03-10* The app does not work.
