Just got message that policy could not be downloaded even though I am setup one policy service. ### 2/5 — Not a helpful app *2025-09-03, version 7.8* I continue to have difficulty adding my policies to the website and app in order to check my statements and adjust the monthly payment. ### 1/5 — Annoying *2022-02-04, version 7.7* Just plain annoying. Documents appear to be PDF but cannot be saved, emailed, opened as PDF, or viewed in landscape mode. The Central website now has no login page and it's almost impossible to figure out that the app is the only way to log in. The basic information is here and is usable but the execution is not great. By the way, at least several of the other reviews appear to have been submitted by people affiliated with Central Insurance. I actually really like Central as a company! But come on. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2012-10-22, version 1.0* All I want to do is pay my bill. To have to type in the username and password every time I open the app is an epic pain. In addition, Central makes their web site difficult to interact with fill in password apps like LastPass. This app was terrible and is DELETED! ### 5/5 — Fantastic!!! *2012-05-05, version 1.0* This app is incredibly easy to navigate, and offers everything you could possibly want to know about your account: payments, coverage, contact info, etc. I've always used my bank's on-line bill pay service, and have annoying little problems with payments to Central Ins. from time to time. Today I paid the premium with the app (it's due tomorrow) and I am amazed at how quick and easy it was.
