It is extremely complicated, confusing, and completely unfriendly for senior citizens — the very people it is meant to serve. Most pensioners are not tech-savvy and cannot be expected to navigate a maze of poorly designed menus, broken links, unclear instructions, and unnecessary technical jargon. Even the CGHS staff are not properly trained to guide users through the system. Every time we call for help, we are either redirected endlessly or met with blank responses. The site fails at basic usability and is totally out of touch with the needs of elderly users who just want to access their health benefits without unnecessary stress. Instead of making life easier for pensioners, CGHS has built a digital wall that blocks access and wastes time. It’s high time the developers and administrators understood their user base and redesigned the website to be simple, intuitive, and actually helpful. It does not have provision to automatically read OTP from messages **Developer response:** We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused i suggest you to please reinstall the latest version of app i.e myCGHS 2.0 from Appstore ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app, online appointment doesn’t show up on doctors portal *2026-05-04* I book online appointment of 8 am but when I met the doctor, there was no appointment of my name, when I complained it to the CMO, he said take offline appointment, then what is the meaning of having this app, when I called the helpline they also said the app have glitches to take offline appointment. ### 1/5 — Unable too book online appointments *2025-10-22* As all the slot are showing in a blue colour words, i am unable to identified that which slot is booked and which is empty. Kindly rectify the error as the different colour showing on website. The issue is only in application of ios. **Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this. Please update to the latest version. ### 1/5 — Half built app *2025-08-11* This is a half built app. It doesn’t show timeslots, even if there are no timeslots it should show some error or message to user. Also it doesn’t show any past history of appointments. In city bhopal, specialities of internal medicine comes twice but with no wellness centre details. Also Bhopal > general opd> jahangiranad allopathy> dr tushar bala will not even show slots. No button to proceed. **Developer response:** "Thank you for reporting this. Can’t book appointments, can’t look up history, nothing. Is this what CDAC has been reduced to? I have tried booking appointments I have looked up my referrals history , medical history and medicine history nothing is available. It’s kind of pointless progress. I find if you launch something it should serve at least the basic purpose. This idiot app is not working properly. It shows that the government is not serious about health issues related to the employees. It shows corruption, lack of dedication, commitment, and solitude. Therefore, the employees should also behave in the same manner. None of the options are working . Everytime this useless app is failed to load user data. The drop down menu is not there and loading time is very high. Looks like application is made by typical government IT engineers.
