## What is myChange?

myChange®: exert a positive influence on your habits – boost your energy.

myChange® consists of various modules that help you make a positive impact on your energy levels in a targeted and personalised way.

micropause®: the short breaks help boost concentration and creativity. Various movement and stretching exercises bring a change of routine.

trinktimer®: fosters a sustained improvement in your drinking habits. The short, informative reminders encourage you to drink water.

myRelax: incorporates short relaxation periods in your working day. It shows you the easy way to use traditional relaxation techniques such as breath training, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and others.


The app can only be used if you have a myChange account.
