The app constantly freezes and crashes. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in to see if that was the issue, but it wouldn’t let me even log back in. Communications within a sorority are so important so when the app doesn’t work, it delays any announcements which is frustrating. They treat you awful and it’s not respectful or fair. Youll end up being their token diversity partner and forced to only talk to other diverse women which is fine but unfair bc it doesn’t show the true society. The new mobile app is so sleek and organized! As an advisor, I love that I can arrange the features based on my needs to assist the chapter. It is easy to stay up to-date with chapter activities as well as in contact with members and my advisees. I am conveniently alerted on my phone when a new email/text/message comes in. Having everything right at my fingertips is so convenient and allows me to spend more time assisting chapter members! **Developer response:** Thank you la.principessa - We are delighted you're happy! ### 5/5 — Extremely Useful *2023-03-01, version 8.7* I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews on this app, because my experience with this app has been great! My chapter has been using this app for YEARS, and it has proven to be extremely useful and helpful for us to communicate effectively and has been a great tools for event planning and keeping our large chapter up to date on upcoming events. It even allows you to color code based on how “mandatory” an event is, which has been extremely helpful for me personally as someone who works a full time job, in addition to full time student and sorority member. I would absolutely recommend this app. You do have to keep it updated in order to keep using it, but that is not a difficult thing to do ;) ### 5/5 — Great Tool! *2021-03-29* Helping a chapter stay organized and being able to find information can be a real challenge. The chapter I work with had really struggled with a previous platform, but MCR has solved many of these issues. A good training session with leaders and chapter members each semester solves most user issues- I’ve also always had fast response and good experience chatting in for assistance. The sign in feature is our all time favorite feature. It is so convenient to be able to have our executive board scan members in to events. Being able to have committee groups and other group messages right on the app is so helpful and now having notifications is also great.
