I guess today I am writing a review because I just saw a doctor yesterday and I wanted to schedule a return visit with them and for some reason there isn’t a way in the app to schedule with this doctor. The office scheduled an appt that doesn’t work for me and there is also no way to reschedule. I do not have that but MyChart says I do. Makes a huge difference for an anesthesiologist for surgery, which I have coming up in September. I’m talking years now, that I have been having to verbally correct in person at every visit. ### 1/5 — Messages disappear *2026-08-28, version 11.9.1* The new messages I receive disappear after I open them and I don’t know how to find them again to go back for reference. Trying to find current orders and visits but hard to find within all the mess. Won’t let me delete or hide. And now telling me to download and fill in paperwork for blood tests to bring with me? How old school! I can’t view test results or do anything without those app. So you have me stuck. I have to use it. But a first grader could create a better functioning and useful app. Let me get rid of info from last year, jeesh. Order the cluttered home page chronologically from now then history at bottom so I can actually see what is needed now. Can”t hide the crazy number of reminders from home page - i go to doctor 2-3 times a year, and appts from 3-4 years ago still there. Can’t delete. Won”t hide when click hide options. Man, this app keeps making things worse. Wish my entirety of health history is stuck in an app that makes things more cluttered than rush hour. Would be soooo nice to return to actual information.
