## What is MyChef?

Open the fridge, type what you have, and MyChef shows the recipes you can cook right now. Handpicked recipes, a weekly meal planner that turns into a shopping list, and reminders for tonight's prep: one app for the daily question "what should I cook?"

COOK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
• Add the ingredients in your kitchen and see the recipes you can make today
• Search recipes by name, or filter by diet (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free), cooking time and difficulty
• Set your allergens: any recipe that contains them shows a warning
• Your diet choices shape the suggestions on your home screen

RECIPES WORTH COOKING
• Hundreds of recipes with step-by-step instructions, exact amounts and calories per serving
• Cook mode keeps the steps on screen while your hands are busy
• Save favorites and keep a simple shopping list

COOKBOOKS AND HONEST LABELS
• MyChef cookbooks: themed collections such as Family Table, Healthy Mornings, Weeknight Dinners and Soup Season
• Build your own cookbooks and save the ones you like
• Plain labels tell you what a dish is: In season (by region and month, where seasonal data exists), Uses leftovers, Freezable, each with the criterion one tap away
• Servings you can change, with nutrition per serving

PLAN THE WEEK, SHOP ONCE: MYCHEF PRO
• Weekly meal planner: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, for the number of people you cook for
• Add any recipe to the plan from wherever you see it
• Shopping list straight from the plan, sorted by supermarket aisle. Change the plan and the list follows
• Prep reminders: soak the chickpeas tonight, take the chicken out of the freezer, rest the dough on time
• Family plan: share your plan and list with the people you live with. They don't need PRO
• PRO cookbooks from MyChef

ALSO IN MYCHEF PRO
• Calorie and nutrition tracking: log a meal or snap a photo, follow calories and macros, steps counted as calories burned
• AI chef assistant: cooking questions, substitutions and ideas
• Photo to recipe: recipe ideas from a photo of your ingredients or a dish

COMMUNITY
• Share your own recipes, rate and review dishes, follow other cooks and send messages
• Posts and messages are filtered automatically; you can report content or block users at any time
